Position at Global Law Firm
We have partnered with a global
full-service law firm with over 1,800 attorneys and 24 offices, seeks a
Business Development/Marketing coordinator for its San Francisco office.
The Business Development Coordinator will provide support for firm-wide
marketing initiatives, projects and events/seminars as well as provide
administrative support to the Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities include maintenance of marketing materials, files,
database and spreadsheets; preparation of marketing presentations;
market research; collection of deal & case information; coordination of
website updates; and assist with writing, editing and proofreading the
office's internal and external communications.
The position requires three to four
years of experience in marketing/communications/public relations,
preferably in a law firm, professional service marketing or a bachelor's
degree emphasizing marketing/communications/public relations. Candidates
must have excellent communication skills (oral and written); strong
organization skills, including attention to detail and follow-up;
advanced skills with PC applications including Microsoft Word,
PowerPoint and Excel – Interaction a plus; and the ability to perform
under pressure.
