The San Francisco office is currently seeking a Project Assistant for our
Commercial Litigation practice group.
A Project Assistant, under the supervision and direction of a Legal Assistant,
helps manage and organize materials and information relating to particular
matters and transactions. These duties allow for the opportunity to work with
and assist our attorneys in preparing for depositions, due diligence
investigations, document productions, hearings, trials and deal closings. Much
of the work of a Project Assistant is clerical, including basic file
organization tasks, and may require long hours and travel.
An ideal candidate will possess a four year degree and must be willing to make a
minimum 18-month commitment to the position. We seek candidates that are
interested in pursuing a long term legal career, either as a Legal Assistant or
attorney.
