We have partnered with a national law firm in search
secretarial coordiantor to join the San Francisco office of this top rated law
firm.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of two (2)
plus years of Legal Secretarial experience with some leadership, coordination or
supervisory experience. Staffing coordination or high level Administrative
Assistant experience will be considered in lieu of Legal Secretary experience.
Must possess a proven record of outstanding customer service, creative
problem-solving skills and the ability to work in and lead a team. Strong
attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills are
essential along with the ability to remain calm and unflappable in high-pressure
situations. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in
Excel is required. Familiarity with Lotus Notes and knowledge of or the ability
to learn KRONOS time keeping software quickly is highly desired. A Bachelors
degree is preferred.
