Pacific Coast Staffing has
partnered a firm that provides construction risk management services to a
nationwide customer base of building owners and developers. We are in search of
a top notch Executive Assistant / Litigation Secretary to support three
attorneys, one of which is the CEO who mainly needs executive secretary
support.
Ideal candidate will be
extremely professional in their presentation, bright, articulate and dynamic.
We are seeking the “best of the best”, someone who can interact well with senior
level partners and high profile clients. We would like someone who is
“computer” savvy and knows MS Word.
Requirements:
Working knowledge of MS
Word
4-5 Years of Litigation
Experience
Experience in booking
travel arrangements and conference meetings
Upbeat personality with a
“can do” attitude!
