Staffing has partnered with one of San Francisco’s premier law firms in search
for a professional secretary with 5+ years of complex litigation experience,
proficiency typing and formatting legal documents with MS Word 2000, familiarity
with local court rules and motions practice procedures and database and case
file management experience.
Qualified
candidates will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a
proactive work ethic, excellent attention to detail and a positive customer
service attitude. Applicants must be able to work well under pressure, be
flexible and available for overtime. Intellectual property litigation experience
and familiarity with Concordance, Lotus Notes, PowerPoint and Excel preferred.
Starting salary is dependant on
experience but is typically in the $60,000 – $67,000 range plus excellent
benefits, bonuses and vacation.
