We are requiring that all PCS employees watch this 8-minute YouTube video on “how to de-escalate someone” and then take a short quiz afterward.

Access Online Quiz:  Click on button above or scroll down to JotForm Quiz.

Once the video is watched you will need to complete the quiz by clicking the button above, answer the answers to the best of your ability.  For your time to complete both, you will be paid for 15 minutes once the quiz has been received by PCS.  Should you not have a way to watch the video remotely, simply call the PCS office and schedule an in-person appointment.  FYI:  After 4/15/2024 You will be required to pass this quiz before additional shifts can be assigned through PCS.

Upon successful completion of the online quiz we will compensate you for your time with the next weeks scheduled payroll, thank you.
