Legal Administrative Assistant
Pacific Coast Staffing is assisting a terrific law firm in their search for a Legal Administrative Assistant for their Health Section in San Francisco. This position provides ample room for professional advancement as well as the opportunity to develop and fine tune legal administrative skill sets.
Responsibilities for Legal Administrative Assistant:
Organizing, cataloging and filing documents within the firm's electronic document management system.
Performing a wide variety of administrative duties such as photocopying/scanning of documents, heavy calendaring, time entry, preparation of expense reimbursements, arranging teleconferences, meetings, etc.
Working collaboratively with the records department to organize and maintain Section-related files.
Assisting with overflow document preparation, including editing/transcribing various documents, correspondence and other records.
Assisting in coordinating meetings, handout materials, conference room setup and other follow-up requests.
Qualifications for Legal Administrative Assistant:
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Experience working with a document management/database system a plus
1-2 years administrative experience preferred
Meticulous and enthusiastic attention to detail and organization
Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction
Excellent grammar, spelling and proof reading skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat.
Exceptional client service and judgment
Salary for Legal Administrative Assistant:
Our client offers a competitive salary range of $42,000-$48,000 annually and benefits and is an equal opportunity employer.
