Pacific Coast Staffing has partnered with a local company located in the heart of San Francisco, California and celebrating over 20 years in the business.  This company offers many solutions for insulating and plumbing systems.  They are a Union Shop that currently employs through The Heat & Frost Insulators & Allied Workers Local 16, The Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 38, and The Construction Laborers Local 261.

Immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant that is: organized, detail oriented, and has experience bookkeeping within the construction industry (preferred but not necessary). 

 
Job Responsibilities:

Upkeep and input certified payroll reports on a weekly basis on an online or written platform
Process and maintain Certificates of Insurance requests
Inputting of material and labor costs via QuickBooks/Excel as it pertains to ongoing jobs
Process Pre liens and distribute Lien Releases to customers
Track customer payments
Process monthly billing
Set up new jobs
Assist Supervisor in the preparation of Quarterly and Year End figures for Business Activity
Reconcile key accounts
Process and input material orders and bills
Process monthly journal entries
Archiving data

Job Qualifications:

2 years of experience using QuickBooks
Skilled in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
Self-directed, highly motivated, and reliable
Highly organized and efficient in work style
Team oriented individual
 

Starting Pay:  Fulltime Position Starting at $16.00 per Hour
Hours / Days:  Monday – Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (flexible)
