Pacific Coast Staffing has partnered a firm whose principal practice area is the defense of complex toxic tort and mass tort claims with specialized experience in cases dealing with the respiratory and central nervous systems. We are a seeking a Settlement Coordinator for their Los Angeles Office.

Job Requirements:
Paralegal Certificate required
Law firm or accounting experience preferred
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, including Excel
Attention to detail
Duties include but are not limited to:
Reviews settlement paperwork, works with team members to resolve discrepancies and prepares settlement summary document
Filing of dismissals
Detailed tracking with multiple parties
Experience reviewing medical records
Maintains escrow account -
Weekly reporting on settlement activity
Reporting for month-
Client contact experience
Ideal candidate will have a Paralegal certificate and have experience working as a Paralegal. Candidates must have an extremely detail oriented disposition and excellent follow thru.
