We are seeking a Senior Paralegal in their Corporate & Securities Department. You will be working directly with clients, under the supervision of attorneys, on various corporate matters for private and public companies. Duties of the position are preparing documents for transactions, performing legal research and writing to ensure compliance with corporate and securities laws, managing corporate due diligence, communicating with clients and outside counsel, and assisting with transactions to close on time. In addition, you will handle corporate maintenance duties such as maintaining clients’ books and records, drafting minutes or consents, processing stock and option issuances, and informing attorneys on status of clients.

 

This position requires excellent judgment, superior communication skills and reliance upon prior experience and knowledge. Candidate should have at least five years of corporate legal experience in a law firm. Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate is preferred.
