Pacific Coast Staffing has partnered with nationally known dental practice searching for someone with top-notch customer service skills and experience!  This role supports patient case management, combining healthcare management, casework responsibilities, sales, customer service and financial management. CUSTOMER SERVICE skills are a must to be successful in this position.

We are seeking a candidate who possesses a true commitment to selling treatment and providing excellent customer service. This person will be a hard-working team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys resolving complex situations for patients.

Summary Duties:
Treatment plan creation and presentation
Schedule management ( general patients & hygiene department )
Ongoing case management
Patient communications and problem-solving
Patient and clinician scheduling
Patient payments, insurance claims support and financial reporting
Building lasting relationships w/patients ensuring their visit is a great experience

Excellent telephone etiquette
2-3 years prior customer service experience (dental or medical experience is a plus!)
Experience with CRM is a plus!
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Proven ability to build relationships with patients; must be service oriented
An optimistic personality that sees opportunities, not just problems.
Proficient using MS Office applications -- Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent time management skills to meet goals and deadlines
Ability to multi-task effectively; organized and dependable
Dental terminology and Dentrix software experience a plus. (Willing to train a motivated individual that meets the other requirements of the position)

Work week details:$20-$30 per hour depending on experience
This is a full-time role for someone seeking a career as a healthcare professional.
Monday through Thursday 7:30am -- 4:00pm; Fridays 6:30am
