Pacific Coast Staffing has partnered with one of the top commercial Real estate companies in San Francisco on the search for a “Real Estate Services Coordinator”.  The ideal candidate will have 2 – 4 years of related experience and/or training.

Skills needed
Familiarity with real estate terminology and lease contracts
mid level to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to prioritize and adjust to shifting priorities in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of basic clerical and accounting process and procedures
Excellent organizational skills
Effective speaking, writing and listening skills in individual and group situations
This role is responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support to portfolio management team.  Responsible for client concerns, correspondence and services activities.  Support to portfolio management team with processing accounts payable and receivable.  May assume Real Estate Services Assistant responsibilities if portfolio size does not support both positions.

Essential duties and Responsibilities
Maintain client database, making additions and deletions as necessary
Prepare merge mailings or e-mail distributions for building tenants
Prepare necessary correspondence to clients such as insurance requirements and signage forms
Coordinates development and delivery of tenant information, packages and emergency procedures
Coordination and facilitation of tenant appreciation and training events
Coordination and maintenance of the Axis Portal
Assist in the implementation of company rent collection policies and procedures, support in research of payment issues
Coordinates tenant billings for extra services
Code invoices for payment
Inputs into Client Accounting system and forwards original invoices to accounting for payment
Monitors aged receivables on a monthly basis and distributes delinquency letters according to Global Standards guidelines
Coordinates tenant billings for extra services
