Receptionist

Basic Job Description:
~ Good Word and Excel skills are necessary
~ PowerPoint would be a nice addition.
~ Phone experience
~ Scheduling conference rooms
~ Greet Clients (offering water, tea, coffee, etc)
~ Handle faxes  (distribute  -  sending)
~Kitchen Cleaning (at the end of each day 530 – 630pm)
~ Handle the office Mail, distribution in a.m., final mailing in p.m. (USPS, Fed Ex, DHL, UPS)either by calling in (i.e. Fed Ex & UPS) or delivering to (after 4pm to shipping offices) or dropping off
~ Maintain filing  (530 – 630pm)
~ Assist with additional accounting and administrative duties as needed
 
Compensation & Hours
The working hours are Monday –Friday from 9:30am – 6:30pm; it is a business casual working environment; Annual pay will be $32-$36K depending on skills and experience
